Angels R&B II

The Angels annual Red & Black Day II is taking place this freedom day, 27 April 2004, at Green Point Stadium from 11h00 – 15h00. The Cape Town Angels FC starts their winter league season with this great event. Red & Black Day acts as the clubs open day, where supporters and sponsors can be serviced as well as new players are introduced.

Coach Lee introduced R&B I last year and commented that it builds into the clubs culture as Cape Town Angels FC is a family club. It is a day where league, age and experience count for little as your most experienced player could be on the same team as an Angel still waiting for the opportunity to get her “wings.” It is an honor to play in the All Star Game and for many an experience to be enjoyed.

This year R&B II will be televised on SABC Africa, thus pays great testament to the development of ladies soccer on the continent. Cape Town Angels FC is honored to be thought of in such high regard and welcome all supporters to the game. The Angels club will continue to forward the opportunity for young girls to dare to dream and live it.
Cape Town Angels FC has an All Star game
All the players are in house Angels born and bred.

The club is then split down the middle so that the teams are split strength and then face off.

This year, added to the All-Star game is the dad-daughter game and the mom-daughter game.
