South West League Constitution
The South West League Premier Division has expanded to 10 clubs, despite ground grading rules and reserve teams being prohibited from playing at this level. Poole Town and University of Exeter were accepted up, although ground inspections will need to confirm that they meet this new standard. With Barnstaple Town, Keynsham Town Development, Stoke Lane and Truro City all being promoted from county leagues, Division 1 North will consist of 10 clubs, and 1 South of 6, the latter will play each other three times.
